... The Tournedos Rossini's dish was a recipe rarely respected: the foie  was genuine foie and the combination of flavors reached the exact point of manufacture. As for the wine, I must say that the tpowerful and tenacios taste of tournedó brought me to my memory several possible pairings that made me hesitant. But the recommendation of the meter was very successful, yes, an excellent choice. When he aproached me the cork from the bottle, the scent seemed at first somewhat warm, but then in the cup, the taste surprised me with a particular minerality and a long finish with touches of delicate crops. A wine between the quince and the sea, I would say. A real success.

The dining room, suspended above the sea, is certainly up to the quality of the cuisine ...
